EarlyLot is a subscription that delivers a daily feed of new building-permit records (currently new swimming-pool permits in Austin, Texas), compiled from public records and joined to the related property, parcel, and permit applicant. It is provided for your own business prospecting.
EarlyLot is billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You may use the feed for your own outreach and prospecting. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the feed in bulk as a competing data product. You are responsible for ensuring your own use of the data, including any marketing or outreach, complies with applicable laws (for example, CAN-SPAM and telemarketing rules).
The underlying records are public records published by government authorities. We compile, clean, and deduplicate them on a best-effort basis and stamp each record with its source and freshness. We do not warrant that the data is complete, accurate, or error-free, and it is provided "as is".
EarlyLot does not sell owner-occupant personal contact details. The feed contains public-record property and permit information and the business details of the permit applicant.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarlyLot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the month giving rise to the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes appear here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
